still images, audio or other material that the Company has permitted you to

access to any or all of your Contributions in its sole discretion without prior

Platform providers
Our apps are provided subject to the platform or software provider’s terms.
(a) Apple
If you download one of our apps through iTunes, you acknowledge that these
terms incorporate an end user licence agreement between you and the Company.
The end user licence agreement is between us and you – it is not an agreement
between Apple Inc. (Apple) and you.
We grant you a non-transferable licence to use the app on any iPhone or iPad
that you own or control. You must comply with the Usage Rules in the App
Store Terms.

notify Apple and Apple will refund the app purchase price to you. To the

Jurisdiction

our legal terms and notices will be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Malaysia.

jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

You agree that the Company (or its affiliates) may crawl or
otherwise monitor your website for the specific purpose of confirming
compliance with this clause 7.

Refund Policy
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before
using the services offered by Homeplus 2 U Sdn Bhd (“Rumah-i“) or (“We”, “Us”,
or “Our”), a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia. These terms set
forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of Our Services as
contained in http://www.rumah-i.com (“Website“) and Rumah-i platform (“Mobile
App”) (collectively with the site, referred to as “Services“).
1. CANCELLATION OF YOUR PURCHASE
A “Cancellation Fee” which is 50% of the agreed contractual
fee will be applied if five (5) minutes have elapsed since the User requested
Service and has been accepted by the Service Vendor, and then the User cancels
the request.
However, if the service paid was not fulfilled due to
factors beyond Rumah-i’s control, we will offer an alternative or you will be
entitled to a full refund of paid amount for that specific service.
Refund will not be provided for the purchase of our Tenancy
service. However, we will refund the stamp duty charged on your tenancy and a
credit will be applied to your original method of payment or any such manner as
may be communicated to you.
2. CANCELLATION OF YOUR RENTAL COLLECTION SUBSCRIPTION
The user can cancel the Subscription at any time. Please
ensure that you must cancel your Subscription 7 working days before it renews
for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s
Subscription Fee.
3. DAMAGED GOODS
Rumah-i will not be liable for any damage, loss or
deterioration of goods unless there was negligence/recklessness on the service
vendor’s part. Notice of damage must be given to us within 1 hour after
delivery/job completed. It is mandatory that photographic evidence of the
damage is provided thereafter via email to Support@rumah-i.com. The maximum
compensation that can be granted will be capped at up to RM100 across all items
or whichever is lower.
4. SPECIAL TERMS
These Terms and Conditions are not intended to nor shall
create any rights, entitlements, claims or benefits enforceable by any person
that is not a party to them. No person shall derive any benefit or have any
right, entitlement or claim in relation to this Terms and Conditions.
5. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at
any time and any changes may be made without notice to you. We recommend you to
read this Terms and Conditions periodically.
By continuing to access or use Our Services after those
revisions or changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised
terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms and Conditions, please stop using

Homeplus 2 U Sdn Bhd operates rumah-i.com (“Platform”)
across desktop, mobile, tablet and apps (including any subdomains) collectively
referred as “we”, “our” and “us” in this Privacy Policy (unless the context
requires).
This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which we collect,
use, disclose, store, process and manage personal information. By visiting or
using the Platform, subscribing to our services or entering into an agreement
with us in relation to the Platform, you are taken to have read, and agreed to
the collection, use, disclosure, storage, processing and handling of your

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. You should review this Privacy
